All riders and owners must be members of the CACHC.  Membership must be purchased before you compete.     

 

Entry - Entries close online at 11:59 pm (midnight) on Tuesday before the show. 

• If you need online entry assistance, call the CACHC office at 403-800-2269, no phone calls answered after 9:00 p.m.

• Horse(s) must be entered under the registered breed name.  The CACHC office must receive a copy of the horses’ registration papers with entry.  The CACHC office does not keep prior year registration papers on file, you must send them in each show year. 

• All unregistered horses must be shown under the name designated to the respective horse at all CACHC shows.

• Late Entries are considered late after the close of entries on Tuesday.  Late entries will be placed at the bottom of the herd, no cattle will be added to the herd. 

• No refunds shall be given except in the event of serious injury or illness of a horse or rider provided a written doctor or veterinarian’s certificate is presented to the CACHC before competition.

• You MUST pay before you compete.

•  Draws will be linked/posted on the CACHC website on Friday evening.

  • ​Entry review will show on the entry link. This is intended solely for the review of entries.

  • Cattle have been ordered, and any withdrawals will incur a scratch fee for each entry.
