
Sportsmanship Award
To qualify for this award the person must be someone who promotes sportsmanship during the show year. Must show a positive attitude, kindness, integrity, helpfulness, and a willingness to set a positive example in and around our shows.
This award is not intended to be a horsemanship, horseperson, turnback award or appreciation award.
Eligibility criteria:

The recipient must be a current member in good standing, which can include riders, owners, and/or directors.

A recipient can only receive this award once in a lifetime.
All members can cast a vote for this award, with each member allowed one vote. In case of a tie, the directors will make the final decision.
A voting box will be available at the last two shows of the season to collect nominations.

Max Cox Most Improved Rider
As of the 2023 show season the Most Improved Rider award was renamed, the “Max Cox Most Improved Rider’, in honor of one of the CACHC founding members, Mr. Max Cox.
To be eligible for this prestigious award, one must be a member and in good standing.
The year-end award is to be given to the CACHC cutter, who “demonstrates the most improvement during each current CACHC show year.”
